What if it happens the other way? What if people with those dx’s smoke to cope?

Anytime I wait outside for a ride at my mental health center there used to be people smoking. Less so now. A lady asked for a light last time though.

Yes, smoking made me much worse and an addict.

it’s anecdotal of course, but I’ve been smoke free for almost a month and have noticed I haven’t been getting so depressed in the afternoon/evening. too early to tell why, could always hit a rough patch.
