It is one of those nights when I can not sleep, it is the early morning already, listening to music and having my morning coffee, how are you doing?
I woke up late in the day so I will probably be up late. I am drinking a coke and watching football. Things have been good since I had a new med prescribed for me. It’s one I’ve been on in the past, makes me feel a lot more grounded and focused.

I like when it is the early morning, no cars or other sounds except music that I listen to, it is my fourth cup of coffee already,

I saw this video before and liked it. He was huge sadly it killed him
I used to do something similar with a cigarette and a chilled starbucks coffee drink (the ones in bottles at the store) on the deck in the morning.
Well that was then, trying to quit now. Would have worked without the cigarette.
