Sleep schedule all over the place. Is reset day!

Is 12:17pm and I have been awake for 24 hours. Just took two caffeine tablets so will stay up until 11pm then get a good sleep

Anyone else do a reset like this?

Done it in the past. Staying awake to reset always gives me anxiety and I feel sick.

Maintaining a consistent, stable & reliable sleep schedule of 8-hours per night contributes to a healthy lifestyle just as how eating 3x small to medium meals a days contributes to a healthy weight. One’s life expectancy shortens if their, “sleep schedule is all over the place” but also if their eating habits in terms of when you eat, the amount you eat & what you eat.
