Sleep paralysis and hypnagogic hallucinations

Yes - what about them? Do you experience this?

I get hypnagogic hallucinations. They’re scary, but I’ve taugh myself to recognise that I’m hallucinating and either go back to sleep or try to wake up.
The frustration comes when neither works.

Sometimes I spend a good portion of the rest period in this state. I call it twilight sleep. I don’t think it counts as sleep since I never feel rested on the nights that I have it. It’s like I never go all the way asleep but I can’t move or talk and I’m aware of everything around me and I’m aware of time passing. My daughter used to suffer from twilight sleep too when she lived with me, I don’t know if she outgrew it or not.

I have hypnagogic hallucinations.

I get these kind of hallucinations all of the time.
Last night as I was waking up I saw this giant centipede climb the wall.
