Sleep is messed up

For about two weeks Ive been falling asleep fairly easy around 9pm except for a couple times when i had a hard time falling asleep but ive been waking up at 2 am instead of around 6am when my alarm is supposed to go off. Today was particularly hard because i was so tired, i felt like going home but i decided to stick around and kill time. I have no idea what is causing the sleep disturbance maybe the invega or a supplement i am taking. I take fish oil and b6 and coq10. I stopped the coq10 because i read it can cause insomnia but the problem continues. Something like this could cause me to lose my job if it doesnt resolve or the tiredness could cause an accident or injury.
