So I’ve been using seroquel to help me sleep…I woke up to an oh my gods worth of candy wrappers on my side of the bed…and the ribs I was saving for lunch had been gnawed on and left out…is sleep eating a common thing?..

I don’t know how common it is, but I had a friend who had the Same issue on it.
Apparently some people can cook entire meals while they’re asleep. I, on the other hand, can’t even cook well when I’m awake.

I have a friend who sleep drives…that’s ■■■■■■■ scary he sucks at driving when he’s awake…he ran into his neighbors bricked in mail box not to long ago…luckily he drives stupid slow when he’s sleeping and doesn’t make it out of the drive way much…

I used to sleep walk, would go to the kitchen open a cupboard and have a pee LOL, oh on a side note bring plastic cups if you come to visit

your thread title made me laugh out loud… lucky my family wasn’t around to hear me…
my brother told me once that a man committed homicide in his sleep by sleep-walking into his car, sleep-driving to his girlfriend’s parents house, and etc. I don’t believe him, though. of course I’m sz so I should probably be one of the last persons to be refuting the realism of that unintended crime, but yeah…

My brother has a bad sleepwalking problem. We used to have to lock his door from the outside to keep him from climbing buildings and standing in the middle of the road and stuff. He eventually learned that if he slept with his guitar, he would just start playing it instead of going anywhere. Maybe a similar trick could work for you.
