Sleep and Stuff

My sleeping pattern has been out of phase recently and i don’t like it, I’ve been trying to sleep where i can get it bc of exhaustion, last couple nights i only managed a few hours, my pal would say it is the Golden hours but i like sleeping normal hours, i have also been achy and despite trying to be cheerful i have been depressed.

I got it into my head that someone put something in my food which is causing achiness which is a horrible thought,

Anyway i had some sleep today but it was during the day and now my sleep schedule is all mucked up.

I did not sleep at all last night and am holding up fine. Relaxed but feel like taking a nap.

Mine is messed up too.

It looks like i am turning into a night owl.

I can’t play my instruments at night so all i can do is listen to music on the headphones instead.

It is irresistable to not sleep in and make up for lost sleep though.

i hear you,

and it sucks we cant play our instruments in the late hours but i get why, i would like a little sound proofed booth if i got a bigger place :slight_smile:

Another night awake into the small hours :sleeping: :sleepy: i guess i just got to ride this wave and get sleep when i can.
