My sleeping pattern has been out of phase recently and i don’t like it, I’ve been trying to sleep where i can get it bc of exhaustion, last couple nights i only managed a few hours, my pal would say it is the Golden hours but i like sleeping normal hours, i have also been achy and despite trying to be cheerful i have been depressed.
I got it into my head that someone put something in my food which is causing achiness which is a horrible thought,
Anyway i had some sleep today but it was during the day and now my sleep schedule is all mucked up.
