I have never felt fully awake for as long as I can remember.
If 1 is fully awake, 5 is feeling tired, and 10 is asleep. I am mostly about a 8 or 9.
I have been unable to sleep a single night in the last 20 years, without being drunk or taking medication.
Most of the time I am too tired to watch t.v. or look at the internet.

I can say i am 3 or 4
Iād be 5 or 6. Never really refreshed
7 for me. Able to sleep and enter REM sleep. But wake up 4-5 times in the middle of the night.
