What is your weirdest pet peeve?
For me, I cannot STAND the sound of skin rubbing on carpet. A person who walks barefoot and drags their feet makes me almost lose it. It’s horrible.

Oh you know. The metric system. Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. Left side driving.
Jk!
I’m actually pretty easy going. Noise gets to me sometimes like vehicles with no or deliberately loud exhaust.
Tassels , I dont like tassels. be gone with the tassels
On clothes or interior design or just all tassels?
my gf has these hanging plant ropes , and theres tassels on the bottom, i need them wrapped up and hidden
I understand how these things go
When I was a driver, my biggest pet peeve was slow drivers. Needless to say I don’t drive anymore.
Fingernails scratching on a seat belt or on jeans. Barf!
People talking lol
(In person)
Noisy chewing with the mouth open.
Anyone who gets within ten feet of me. I need my space.
White Rabbit
One pill makes you larger
And one pill makes you small
And the ones that mother gives you
Don’t do anything at all
Go ask Alice when she’s ten feet tall
And if you go chasing rabbits
And you know you’re bound to fall
Well, tell 'em a hookah, a smoking caterpillar
Has given you the call
Call Alice when she was just small
When men on the chessboard
Get up and tell you where to go
And you’ve just had some kind of mushroom
And your mind is moving slow
Go ask Alice, I think she’ll know
When logic and proportion have fallen sloppy dead
And the white knight is talking backward
And the red queen, she’s off with her head
Remember what the dormouse said
Feed your head, feed your head, feed your head
Just for the hell of it.
People who are slow and take up space.
I know some people have trouble walking, or are not in a hurry to get anywhere. BUT. When you are walking somewhere people might want to get past you, the least you can do is not walk in the middle, so people can actually pass you.
This bothers me especially in supermarkets where people walk slowly down the aisle in the middle so I can’t pass, and then repeatedly stop to just browse things, without pulling their cart to the side so others can pass.
Or when you’re going up or down an escalator in a hurry and the sign clearly says “walk left, stand right”, and someone is still standing on the left side and in no hurry to move when they see you coming.
I’m not the quickest person in the world, but I ALWAYS step aside if someone wants to pass me. And when I’ve got somewhere I’d like to be and I’m walking at a certain speed, I hate having to slow down to spend 10 minutes trying to pass some slow person insisting on taking up all the space.
My pet peeves are compliments. I believe I’m against this so much, especially when I was a little girl. Because, people would tell me what a “pretty” girl I was or how “smart” I was or how well “behaved” I was. I noticed it just made everyone around me feel bad, and made others hate me before getting to really know me. If I had friends, they would hate me if I got to do “office work”, (where you get to help the principal with mail, worksheets, etc) So yeah.
People who chew food or gum with their mouth open.
One thing I hate is when standing in checkout queue and person behind me standing almost on top of me. Then I want to move forward and they move on top of me again.
Thank goodness for social distancing nowadays! They even put tape strips on floor at one metre intervals and people too scared of coronavirus nowadays to stand on top of me.
I need my space too.
When im in a complicated trouble and someone says to me “STAY POSITIVE”
Punch me friendly on the shoulder.
Well, i really try to do, there is no reason not to do, but its difficult when you meet a “STAY POSITIVE” guy or gal.
Then i get grumpy.
Both driving related.
I will admit I have a road rage problem.
People. People are my pet peeve. They are interfeeeing ■■■■■■■■.
