Just read this from a book , very easy to do to get your day started , energy and blood flowing. And I’m sure if you did it all day you would burn a lot of fat too.
30 jumping jacks
30 stomach crunches
30 simulated pull-ups
10 in and out push-ups
15 squats
30 mountain climbers
30 jog in place high knees
30 second plank
Try this it really wakes you up and gets you going

Uhhhh. “Simple” is relative. For me, I get really tired and winded just from walking up the stairs.
I used to hike, bike, ski, ice-skate, etc. But I can’t do those things anymore, because of physical disability.
But even for a generally healthy person who isn’t an exercise nut, this doesn’t sound “easy to do”, as you said. Sounds like a hard workout.

Only 165 reps , then 30 second plank not to hard just try it
I love planking. Can do it for hours at a time.

That type of workout suggested is for people who are already gym fit. Average person would be sore for like 5 days after that.
As always a walk in the park in the morning is my suggestion.
Much better, you get nature, fresh air and moderate exercise.

Oh my no.
Some say the body is a temple. This is the only body I’ve got. I’m really going to ride it hard and heavy until it breaks down. Right into the ground.
