Had a hard day at work. I find it hard to absorb information about work when it’s verbally told to me. I just forget about it. Also when im rushing around I tend to forget about things like the other parties waiting to go into court. I wonder if its an adhd thing, I have an assessment at the end of the month.

I also really struggle to complete tasks and my attention gets diverted to things that I forgot about. For example when im putting on the results of the hearing, I almost forget to lock up the court room, so I do that in the middle and then come back to finish putting on the results.
