Do you have wifi ? If you use wifi on your phone all the time, then you wonā€™t even need 4.5gb data.

I had a free cell phone years ago to be independent, but it was crap. Im sure they have gotten better now these days.

We might switch carriers some day since verizon is over priced.

what phone service do you have, you can try hello mobile is unlimited text, talk and data for 25 dollars a month, you can bring you phone ifs it compatible, if not theres phones are good prices.

I dont use wifi a lot, but i should especially at home. I worry about hackers plus im lazyā€¦wifi is great. If you dont use a lot of data you could save 25 bucks a month. Thats like 2 packs of marbolos lolā€¦

I use a vpn. I have a smart phone. You could look into getting a vpn if you use public wifi a lot.

I like tethering when internet goes down. I use 4g on my computer anywhere up to 10gb a cycle/month. Its nice to have sometimes.

If you want to save money, go for it!

4.5gb should be enough, just dont watch HD videos on data, they kill data. Use outside Wifi for that. I always had 2Gb and it was just enough as I mainly used data in my car for Spotify, social media etc Outside my car I almost always used Wifi like in Starbucks, Mcdonalds, university, etc

Im a high data user. I like it. Most i used 1 month was like 40+ gb watching netflix every day lolā€¦

I never watch netflix on my phone i use the tv or my computer. I just listen to music on my phone.
