my voices are triggered by running ?Should i run?
If running triggers your voices then if I were you I wouldn’t run, but if you want to exercise can you speed walk?

I defied the voices I heard, but I never felt like I won cause they always came back.
If you can avoid getting voices by not running, then don’t run.
There are lots of other ways to exercise, not just speed walking, but lifting weights or swimming for example.
Please don’t take this the wrong way, but you don’t sound very stable. I think – if possible – you really need to talk to your doctor or treatment provider for advice on this.
Hoping you get some relief from the voices, they’re obviously pretty bad.

Then Instead Of Acting On Possible Negative Impulses. Which Could Lead To Troubles.
You’ll Be Having A Discourse Possible Of Brainstorming On A Better Way To Converse.
No More Being Told What To Do.
No More Facilities. And Emergency Rooms.
Less Pills And Injections Most Likely.
And A Healthier More Productive Life!.
