Should I go to London?

I hear there is a OCD convention in London this March, was wondering if I should go but so afraid of my intrusive thoughts. Was wondering what you guys think?

do you already live in Europe? It depends on how far you have to go to get to London I would think…a convention is a lot of people…I couldn’t do it.
