Yes. Don’t ignore tooth pain. You can end up with an abscess and then even more problems. Trust me and abscess is no fun.

Get a cleaning and exam every 4-6 months, and get every cavity they spot filled. Beg borrow or steal. Teeth are important!
The problem is I can’t narrow it down to one tooth.
Do you floss? Flossing really helps. You might not need to go to a dentist.
The dentist should be able to figure out which tooth based on a dental exam and dental xrays.

I’ll call to schedule tomorrow. I’ve always had mistrust about dentists. When my little sister was 8-9 the dentist tried saying nearly all her teeth needed cavities. It was a Medicaid dentist.
I go to the county run dentist office and have had good luck there.
They also put me on a sliding pay scale cuz I have low income
Do your gums hurt or teeth? If gums then is prob inflammation from plaque.
I didnt go dentist for 9 years and my gums were swollen from plaque build up

I didn’t go to the dentist for like 12 years. And I wasn’t really brushing my teeth for probably 85% of those years.
No cavities, but I had fun problems up the wang.

Thats like me. My teeth are pretty bomb proof. I never floss and dont brush that well. Just the gums get irritated
