I just shaved off a beard I’d had over fifteen years. It’s kind of startling to look at my bare face.
I’ll bet your skin is very tender. Are you going to keep on shaving or grow a new beard?
I don’t know. I originally shaved it so I could get my physical doctor to look at a little bump on my cheek to see if it was skin cancer. I might keep my face bare.
You would look younger.

Come to think of it shaving made me tense, too. I don’t shave and I have little or no hair to shave anyway. It quit growing when I couldn’t shave. My skin fought the razor.
