I started taking seroquel 300mg since 4 days and it causes me to sleep during day time, and the feeling of faint, dizzy, light headedness.
Can decreasing the dose of seroquel lower the symptoms.
Before that i tried latuda 40 mg, it gave me akathisia , so stopped it. Adding propranolol is another solution but is it worth taking latuda
The good thing is i am trying to quit Risperidone (now taking 2mg mornings and seroquel 300 night).

I have been on both extended and immediate release forms. Both had the exact same problem, except the hypotension from immediate release was even worse.
I have been on 300mg Seroquel. I had hypotension on that drug. Every time I increased the dose, I would feel faint for a day or two. I found 50mg of Seroquel as sedating as 300mg. I fainted once and I had to go to the hospital a day after increasing to 300mg.
