Seroquel (immediate release) - how many times a day do you have to take it?

Previously I was taking it every 12 hours but it dipoesnt seem to be lasting that long anymore.

These last few weeks I take it at midday but by 9:30pm I am really struggling. If I take it then I am fine again by about 11pm

I have read it has a half life of six hours so by 12 hours it will be at 25% the initial dose. Maybe this isn’t a therapeutic dose?

i take it all at night and it seems to cover me for 24 hours but I’m on a high dose

When I was on seroquel I took 200mg a night and in the afternoon I would take an additional 50mg. Dunno why really, just did what the doctor told me.
