Seroquel, I want and need to take it for sleep and psychosis but feel it makes mania worse.
What dose should I take?
Have you tried a secondary drug such as lamotrigine or lithium? They are both mood stabilizers

Gonna talk about that with the doc.
I’m currently upping my dose of seroquel for sleep with my pdoc. I’m up to 300mg at night and it still doesn’t help me sleep.

I’ve taken 400 x 2 Seroquel daily for over ten years. I didn’t think it was doing much for me besides helping me sleep, but when I didn’t get it for five days I got pretty manic. I get manic when I go without Seroquel.

I take 600mg at night and I sleep pretty good. And yeah it’s really rough whenever I have to go with out.

I’m actually getting better, gonna try taking some tonight, I don’t wanna get depressed.
