I have had massive weight increase
A few times I have fought back to get it down but without help it goes back up again
Diet info is very shaky at best
Trying to find your needs diet wise is a crap shoot

I have had very good success with using Gemini Pro as a diet counselor. It kept telling me to consult a medical expert until I explained that I could not get access to or afford a proper nutrition counselor and it was my fill-in. After that it stopped resisting and helping.
