This has been a big issue for me my whole life. I just thought of it again. That’s what I need is self respect. How do I get it, when my mind is constantly bringing me down and playing games with me or overthinking or just all over the place with delusions or just blank as hell?
There are Cognitive Bias Modification games available for smartphones. The game involves picking out a smiling face from a group of neutral or angry faces, repeatedly for 10 minutes or so. I usually feel in better mood after 10 minutes of playing.
