Self massage helps me

I massage my head/scalp and middle chest and calves. It helps me. Just thought I would share because it helps with relief and comfort. I am not sure it will help others.


I massage myself at work but they keep calling the police on me.


It raises serotonin. I try to do 5 minutes a day

I have not tried self massage. Whenever I have done stretches it helps so much! I’m going for a walk at five this morning. My knee exercises work like magic but I haven’t done them because it’s not pertinent. I know a doctor, he’s a friend of the family, who decided he didn’t want knee surgery and does exercises for it instead and it’s been years. They are developing treatment for the knees now that are better than the surgery.
