No, im talking self esteem.

You got to have a goal in mind and reach for that goal. For example, my goal is to reach 10,000 steps in 1-hour or 8.1km in 60 minutes.

Yeah, you need a goal and then split that goal into smaller segments to achieve that final goal.

For example:

10,000 steps = 8.11km (ideal) /5 miles
09,500 steps = 7.79km
09,000 steps = 7.38km
08,500 steps = 6.97km
08,000 steps = 6.56km
07,500 steps = 6.09km (above average)
05,000 steps = 4.06km (average)

Are we talking about complete different things

I don’t know. You were discussing self esteem and I was discussing motivation. Then it came down to goals and I showed you my small goals to achieve my bigger goal.

What you do when its high?

Making plans to get a job, reschooling maybe uni. I open conversations with strangers, maybe make friends. I feel great when i am confident and have selfesteem.

Im afraid of a lot of things.
My self esteem is low because of many things.
Also the evilness of other humans and the world.
Just shake it off like Taylor Swift Sings? Its not easy.
