The hospital referred me to see her as outpatient and this before going to psych hospital for inpatient therapy program. (Still waiting to hear from them) don’t know what to expect as I’ve never seen social worker before.
Last night I became hyper again. I’ve had endless days of depression and sudden bursts of hypomania where I’d get all energetic and aggressive. Had to take valium again last night.
Today depression seems lighter - only a bit.
