What’s the difference between a psychiatric dietician and a regular dietician?

This one specialises in psychiatric patients. Think mostly eating disorders and similar.

Happy Birthday @disciple!

@Jimbob a psychiatric dietician sounds great! I wonder how they differ from a regular dietician? I eat a lot of carbs. I’m trying to go vegetarian but I’ve found I’m substituting meat with things like couscous and beans which are high in carbs. This week at work I’m preparing green salads for work instead of couscous and root vegetables and bean salads.

I eat far too much bread. I am sure bread makes me bloat up. I love cous cous! With veg and hot sauce.

I am hoping this dietician appreciates the burden of APs on the body. Some doctors even refuse to believe they make you put on weight.

I could use a psychiatric dietician in my life, if I would follow his or her directions.
