Would you consider two schizophrenics to be a healthy relationship? If not, please explain.
In my opinion we live in a bit of a bubble on this website, where people are stable. A relationship with another schizophrenic who is stable is possible.
But in the real world, people are non med compliant, not stable, having trouble with their recovery etc, and this might make things impossible.
Also, even if 2 people are stable, one might be high functioning, and the other low functioning which could cause issues.
But at the end of the day, who knows.

Brilliant answer. I don’t know if you’re familiar with “IHaveSchizophrenia” on YouTube, or not, but, his relationship is my ideal relationship. Why? Because. I’ll be able to help her, we’ll understand each other, we’ll always have something to talk about, I’m quite stable, and yeah. Hopefully you understand what I’m getting at. However, i am NOT romanticising mental illness(s) whatsoever. Period. I’m highly aware of the difficulties, the ups and downs of Sz, because for one, I have and the next guy on this forum probably has it. I’ll shut up now because they’re telling me to. I type too much. Sorry.
I wouldn’t totally rule it out, but it would be very tricky. You’d have to find the exact right two people and make sure they don’t feed each other’s delusions. But I think it’s theoretically possible.

I mean, you do have a point… I didn’t think of that.
I think it would be like any other relationship as long as both are working to keep themselves stable, It’s when things fall apart is the partner supposed to sit there and suffer while the other refuses treatment or falls into some bad habits that just about anyone could.
I had a sz friend online for years loved her company online then she went back to drinking everyday, still love her but not putting up with it. Probably would be the same with no sz to though.
Big world lots of people could go either way like it is for most people

Way to be optimistic about love. I find it hard to love, but I figured maybe since I’m Sz, a girl wouldn’t love such a person… I don’t know… I’m delusional.
There are ones that will, I know lots of other people that have bigger and worse problems, but they have wives and gf’s. I don’t because I gave up on dating, bit of both for me one i’m bad at relationships and to be honest with my issues I would not date me either lol
