In my opinion these both pictures applies same method. But the difference is in western photo center head is missing and two fans at the top. In Indian photo center head is present but fans are missing.
This symbol is a staff called the ‘caduceus’ that appears in Greek Mythology. A deity called Hermes carries this staff and Hermes is a God of trades.
From what I know, that’s how this symbol originated to incorrectly symbolize doctors or medicine. The original rod symbol only has one snake and no wings.

Yes I know it but I think it is related to schizophernia and basically Grandeur delusions. Unless you achieve these you suffer from the symptoms. It is last known point to me.
