So i been really messed up these last 2 or so weeks now. Getting better tho. Back to what inwas getting at. For a while i been sleeping 13 hours one day then 3 hours the other day. Been doing it for over a week. i phoned 811. Health workers thingy. The lady really scared me she said i could get like a flesh eating disease or something like that, with this sleep pattern. cant remember how she worded it i was on auto pilot kinda. Sorry if i dont make any sense been up for 22 hours
I’ve been up for 5 days I can relate. This has bn going on for 4 years. I don’t have a flesh eating disease
Ive been up for 28 hours with a mini nap for half an hour…not good , i dont know how you cope @Turtle44 must be awful for you
Sleep is so important. But I never heard of a flesh eating decease starting due to sleep deprivation though. Lack of sleep is still not good for the brain. Maybe we should make a thread of tips on how to fall asleep if there isn’t one already?
She was making a joke about you becoming a zombie. Somewhat inappropriate thing to say to someone she doesnt know over the phone as the meaning clearly didn’t register.
I am not sleeping very well at the moment either. Last week or so I’ve been getting about half of what I normally get. Feel so much slower and everything is more effort.
I found a walk really helped me yesterday getting out in the sunshine for 45 minutes gave me more energy.
Try to go for a walk every day. It’s mostly a problem from poor circulation.
Never heard of a flesh eating disease you get from not sleeping. I barley sleep well for the last 50 year’s.
