Scared about Feeling Good

I’ve been feeling good this past week everything has been lining up pretty well (or better then it normally is for me). Though I always get nervous because I’ve become so used to it going down the s***ter for me, that anytime I even feel remotely good, its only false hope to make the bad even worse. It’s like a planned roller coaster that will always end at the bottom or possibly de-rail who knows.

I have done most of the therapies listed below. They pretty much shut down my roller coaster. Or at least, made it more of a country road.
