I have a hard time getting into anything…and I mean just about anything…it all has to do with sz negatives. Hopefully they will improve one day and I will be able to enjoy more things.

Oh, I am probably going to have to go to the store. I think we are almost out of cigarettes so that will warrant a trip.

Sometimes I go for days where all I do is exist.

I hear you on that one. It sucks, but what are you gonna do?

How much are they a pack now. I quit when they were .75 a pack.

I buy them by the carton. The ones I buy are Marlboro Silver pack 100’s and are just under $80 a carton. Maybe like $78 so that would mean a pack would be $7.80 or so.

Wow in 28 years they have really gone up.

I buy for both me and my mom so it gets expensive too.

Yeah, when I was a kid I think I can remember getting a pack for around 2 dollars.

I hope you don’t have too many expensives to afford that.

Nah, I don’t have too many expenses…I pay rent, pay for food once in awhile, pay for my doctors and dentist bills, pay for my streaming service and my phone. Thats about it. and of course cigarrettes.

That’s good. I’m moving into low income housing hopefully soon. I bring in $1092 a month disability and spend $867 for rent and utilities now. So I use food stamps for food and have Medicaid for healthcare.

Medicaid was nice. They cut me off medicaid once I got medicare with SSDI though. Medicaid covered EVERYTHING.

I have Medicaid and Medicare. I think because my income is so low I can keep it.

There are probably different rules by state too. I had them both together for the short while before my medicaid became inactive and I was really able to get some kickass insurance with the both of them. Dental coverage and everything. I don’t have dental anymore since losing medicaid. Had to pay for several dental procedures out of my own pocket.

Medicaid is new for me. I really appreciate that dental. I recently had six teeth pulled that were rotten and black from lack of care all those years.

Yeah, dental can get extremely expensive. Especially if you have to go to a specialist like I did for one. The normal dentists would not pull it because it was so far back(a wisdom tooth) and only a partial tooth. I had to got to the “oral surgeons” for it. Cost a bundle.

It cost over $5000 to pull those teeth out and the meds. Had jaw issues too. I would never have had it done if it wasn’t for Medicaid.
