I was thinking of waffles, water, watermelon, wasabi, wheat among others. I can try to make it.

Go for it @anon10627598 . Just remember to start the poll on a new line…that was what was causing your error last time.

Very important and necessary to sustain life but it’s a little unexciting.

Dang that must be so hard to have to balance… perhaps adding some bran or dipping it in some vinegar or adding It to the recipe could lower the gI for you.

Yeah. They do work with kids with behavioral problems but I’ve heard it costs like $1000/month and it’s a 14 month program

Maybe on a slow day you could type the directions to make a poll and send it to me as a PM.

Well folks Audrey made cannolis and Brushetta on Italian Bread with mozzarella. Tonight she is making chicken Alfredo.

I think you had it right the time you tried awhile back…You just mixed the start of the poll with text that you had entered…You always have to start the poll on a new line and not mix it with your other text or it won’t work.

@Blossom

To find the carbs, check the carbs on what you put in. Then divide by number of slices, you’ll make it a fraction, say a slice is 1/8 of a loaf.

That’s the best I can find aside from weighing ingredients.
