I think we have been a bit too harsh with the neighbour upstairs. Yes, Hes doing weed - and having undesirables in the block. But I’ve just spent the past hour, listening to the poor bugger crying his heart out.
He is clearly in the early stages of recovery - and i know damn well he has got an MI - cos otherwise there would be no chance of getting a council flat as a single male over here in the uk.
On a positive note - the neighbours coming over about 9pm, she didn’t want lunch. But i just said we could rent a film and i will get some fried chicken in for dinner. lol.
Not being funny - but i hope she dont think it will go further and end up in bed. Cos i run out of Sildnafil (Viagra) lol

oh man my anxiety got bad again. just thinking of how a major part of my illness is losing my sense of self. it comes and goes but man it went for years there in my 30s. feeling again now and then the pleasure of liking myself again and i do. little things ive always liked. as simple as legos or greenday songs. the sound of my voice in my mind the way it always was.
ive been through hell though. got to make it a point to love yourself.

I’ve had a pretty nice day so far, 3 pm here, hoping y’all have too. I haven’t done much productive, other than take a bag of trash to the dumpster, but oh well.
At some point I need to wash some dishes, buzz my hair off, and bag up and take out some more trash, among other things.
I hurt myself a little yesterday, hurt my left ring finger and into my hand. Idk what I did, but it hurt like hell and still hurts when I make certain movements with it. I’d feel ridiculous making an appointment with my nurse practitioner because my finger hurts. Idk, I’m taking a wait-and-see approach.

I’m not watching TV for the time being because of the racist crap towards Asian Americans I saw on TV Friday at my psych clinic. I complained to the Clinical Director and her backup the Chief Financial Officer. This stuff was on the TV in the activities center. Other clients are mad at me because they like that TV show, and one of them said they would turn the TV off because I complained.

spent the day on my parents porch holding down the house with my sisters dog. She gets so happy to see me these days. She does a little dance now i’ve never seen her do. Anxiety spiked but i had a couple of cups of tea and it helped. I’m back to normal in my castle of solitude. my home. took a dropper of CBD. Loved the cat when I came home. Found a church service to listen to tomorrow (can you say that due to the religion rules?) should be able to.
