You said you are stable and happy now but have sad moments sometimes perhaps because of trauma .
Can you try and find healing and coping methods and support network ?

Thanks, man. I just went for a little walk, but I decided to chill in my room the rest of the night, aside from going to dinner. I need to save my feet for tomorrow.
I’m going to a bar & restaurant a block from the hotel. I was looking at their menu, already know what I want, just a cheeseburger and fries, with perhaps one Oberon, since they don’t have Blue Moon or Shock Top. Should be tasty. The menu shows that for an extra $3 I could get the fries cooked in duck fat. I’ve never had that, could be interesting

It’s very warm tonight ; so warm that idk if I’ll be able to sleep at all. I know there’s a thunderstorm at 4AM as well - I imagine the sound will keep me awake too.

Well, its going to cost me about 600 to replace boards and reinforce porch. And then I told them they could paint the porch and the columns for another 250. So theres another 850 out the door. Hoping to slow down a bit on repairs after porch, but really need to get garage doors fixed and operational before winter.
I wish I could make more money but I’m kind of trapped in that area. Even if my back and joints did not do well with my current job, I can only work limited hours and keep disability. I dont know how many hours I can handle at any job long term anyway. I wish I had an additional easy way to pick up a few hundred more a month without risking losing disability.
Home ownership has its challenges.
We really need to get WIfes condo sold. That would help immensely. My sis , wife and I are going to work on getting it ready for sale SUnday.
Also, attic door is fixed now, so dont have to worry about heat escaping in the winter as much. A big “YAY!” on that one.
I guess thats it.

I’m overstuffed now. I had a 1/2 lb cheeseburger, and so many fries. I couldn’t finish the fries, too much. It was all very good, though.
