I’m anxious as all hell today. I hate this. And my new buspar prescription doesnt arrive by UPS til Tuesday. And then I have to wait for it to kick in.
This is day 4 of crippling anxiety. I just want to lie in bed curled up waiting for the time to pass. Maybe I’ll take a nap later for some relief to escape it. Took benadryl but its not helping…hydroxyzine is too strong for me.

Baby human has been up since 2am 
I need to clean more today. We’re prepping for baby humans birthday party. Tho it’s not for another month and a half… it’ll take us that long to clean lol.

I think I figured the anxiety out. I have been stepping down on my AP from being overmedicated, to a better dose for me. That’s been 6 days and my anxiety has been bad for 4. I’m at my target dose as of yesterday, so maybe I just have to push through the withdrawals until I start Buspar. Online says anxiety is a definite symptom of AP withdrawal and I’ve gone pretty fast with 2 levels in 6 days. UGH though. I guess it will be worth it not to be despondently crying hysterically alternating with Trilafon stupor. Hurry up and adjust!!

The movie, Where The Crawdads Sing is on Netflix! It was a really good movie. It’s different. I saw it with a friend in the theater in August. We’re just starting to watch it. I highly recommend this movie.

Have had a flu the last past few days

Jus bought some flu meds off amazon so I can feel better. Id go to the pharmacy but don’t wanna get anyone sick incase it’s covid. Idk where to get covid tests from. They don’t have them on amazon

My local pharmacy has them, if they have a drive thru it could work to get one without infecting anyone else.
