Ruddy hell, what a morning. Had the police here for an hour. A certain woman has been arrested for theft of my computer tablet and criminal damage. Had the serial number - and she was caught trying to flog in a a pawn shop.
On her drugs again.
The same women i had by the scruff of the neck and threw out.
They did a vulnerable persons report on me as well, but in all honesty, i think that was a bit overkill.
Brothers coming to my town, to take me out for a pint. So im forgetting the silly cow - and chilling out with him.

I have found my daily rhythm:
I study 1-2 hours a day in my healing course and do 1 hour of Spanish.
Besides that I relax, listen to music, do grocery shopping, household stuff, call people or meet up with them.
I’m feeling I could do more but I don’t want to push myself as I might get a lash back from that.

I started the day by studying in my course.
Then there was a surprise delivery of 5 large heaters which my mother ordered for my apartment without me knowing. I helped the delivery guy carry them upstairs. These type of things stress me.
Subsequently, I did a lesson of Spanish and had lunch.
Now I’m laying on my bed relaxing and listening to music.
Also I got an email from my sister who doesn’t want me to call or text her. She was telling the story of a healer she’s going to visit.
I have an odd family, but maybe that’s common.
Edit: Do you want to buy something specifically in the record store?

Why? And why 5? Is it that cold in your apartment?
My cousin blocked me from her life. It was when I was prodromal, I behaved weirdly. She doesn’t want anything to do with me. Instead of telling me what was wrong she just blocked me. I haven’t talked to her for 13 years.

I have old electric heating. She wanted to get new technological once installed.
2bedrooms with each one, the kitchen and 2 for the living room.
It’s her money but I wouldn’t have done it.
They will get installed in the next week or 2.

Good Morning America said that you should brush your teeth 20 minutes after drinking coffee or other acidic things like orange juice, otherwise the acid gets into your teeth and can weaken them. How about that apples?

My dentist said coffee isn’t that bad for your teeth but sugary drinks are.
