I think in English they also call them genies.

Jeez, it’s just past 7 am, been up for an hour, unable to get back to sleep. At this point I’m considering just making coffee and staying up for the day. It just seems ridiculous, have nearly seven hours until work starts.

By the way Jinn is a supposed to be a spirit like a Genie. It’s Arabic not Chinese, probably why you never heard of it.
Kristie Alley died last night. I really like her, she was funny in those Look Who’s talking movies.
I have another Tele-video appointment today, this time with my regular doc.

I have a primary care Dr appt this morning. Then I’m meeting a friend for lunch.
I wanted to put the green and red lights out that take the place of the bulbs in our garage and front and back doors. It’s cute for Christmas.

Some one passed away yesterday so I have to go mark the grave at the graveyard for the funeral home. Oh this bites I hate graveyards.

Good morning.
I have a dentist appointment tomorrow at 1 for a tooth that has been increasingly hurting. I was hoping it would go away - it started Saturday - but it is just getting worse. I am taking regularly spaced Tylenol now, I can’t eat on it, and it even sparked pain when I rinsed with warm water when brushing my teeth this morning.
I am terrified. I hate going to the dentist anyway, but I also have to walk a mile there and a mile back, and I am out of shape. Last time I hurt for almost a week. I don’t drive due to my mental illness and no longer have a car.
It’s on a tooth that’s already compromised and crowned, so I am going to push to have it yanked out. Cheaper, and less traumatic in the long run than a root canal and a second crown. I don’t have the bravery or the money for the more expensive route.
On a positive note, I figured out that if I take a children’s Benadryl when I go to sleep, and then another one when I get up on my own to use the bathroom around 1 a.m. I get some great deep uninterrupted sleep and actually feel rested when I get up again. Of course, then I take my Trilafon and get zombified again. But this is progress. I can’t tolerate regular Benadryl without a hangover, so I have to use the kids version. I am a lightweight. lol

I haven’t worn jeans in so long!! I always wear track pants. I don’t like how jeans are tight and heavy lol. They look great fashion wise tho.

Hi y’all!
I slept well. One instance of voices last night but it only lasted a matter if seconds. Mood is great.
Gonna meet my mom at the library in two hours.
Saw the kitty up on his perch. Soaking up the heat. 
33 days sober. Feeling good about myself. Hardly any cravings. Been doing fine without AA. Only been to two meetings anyways.
Love my new soft flame butane pipe lighter. What a huge difference than that junk I was previously using. Bought that and two pipe and cigar log books from Amazon. Love all three.
My soundbar should be here tomorrow. Yay!
After the library I will bring in some wood. Dad just bought another cord a couple of days ago.
