Sunday morning here, nasty cold north wind out there and snow, glad it is a day off can stay home and relax, feeling a little frisky today

up for another day. nothing to do today, mom and dad didnt go to church today, they are waiting on my uncle’s covid test results as they were around him wednesday. i was around him too, for about 20 minutes, but i feel great right now.
should be a boring day, bungles got a bye week this week. don’t know what i will do today, but at least the weather will be nice. so maybe enjoy some outside time, i may even go kayaking, i havent done that all season.

So, I have become more adaptive since moving out of my parents house.
I find change is OK now. Heck, I almost embrace change. I think this is important in succeeding in life.
Am I late at 38 years old for just figuring this out now?

Good day to y’all! 
I woke up about half an hour ago, had my coffee, feeling good. I’m going to my sister’s house later, for dinner. My birthday was Oct 28, but she couldn’t do dinner that day, so we’re having my birthday dinner today. I asked her to make her chicken and dumplings, so good, as well as some cheesy potatoes, because those are great, too. She’s a pretty good cook.
That and possibly watching the Lions game are the two major things I have planned for today.

the american dream to me is briefly owning a succesful business. selling it, with 2 houses, one here and a ski condo in colorado for the winter months where i can play and relax. but i guess i will settle for investing my money, and hoping im taken care of in my retirement years.

When you sell your business usually there is a clause that says you will stay out of the industry.
Then You have no job.

my hair and beard has now grown out to a suitable length. and i no longer feel like an idiot walking in public haha. got a couple more weeks until thanksgiving for my beard to fill out some more and my hair to come in. not sure if im going to go to my sister’s or not for thanksgiving. havent seen my niece and nephews for awhile so i may go, they are busy with school and sports. my oldest nephew wants to play 3 sports this year, football, basketball, and baseball. he is ok for high school, a little gun shy in basketball, but last year he started taking more 3 point shots. and he grew 4 inches this summer, he’s still significantly shorter than his dad. he’s 6’2 but plays forward instead of guard. he will play jv this year.

Its soon time for new “say something”. Who will be the lucky winner. You will get definitely a surprize. The emotion of being a winner or total disappointment. I stay up to try my luck.
Sometimes i think, why my dad didn’t owned some industry. I would have inherited a robot earning money.

my brother in law sold his harley. he hit a deer a couple months ago, and broke some ribs, and it scared him from riding anymore. he had it 1 year, before selling it. he never saw the deer obviously.
gonna turn on the news, watched a bit yesterday, no ballgame on, so will see how things are, missed biden’s speech last night, but i heard his first speech on the radio a couple days ago.

i don’t worry about having nothing to do, i would smoke ganga watch movies, workout, cook, research stocks, follow the news, go skiing, watch basketball in the winter in colorado.
and here i would turn my place into a homestead, growing and selling flowers and producing a hobby wine, maybe even have a woodworking shop. so here from april-november, and then go on vacation in colorado dec–march, thanks.
