I’m thinking of taking a few months off from life and doing volunteering work in Nepal. Even for just one month. There are also some meditation spots in India, where I can do volunteering work and stay there for some time. I can learn a new language, culture and it doesn’t cost a lot. I’m waiting to feel better and have my normal happiness levels to be able to consider this.
