Sarcosine with SSRI. Any interactions?

I am taking a low dose of aripiprazole (2.5) with sarcosine. Yesterday I added a bit of escitalopram.(5) for anxiety and negative symptoms.

Is it safe? Anyone is taking sarcosine with SSRI?

Been on sarcosine since like Feb. 2015, off and on, and I haven’t noticed any issues. I showed the sarcosine to my pdoc and she googled it, said it’s (name of ingredient I forgot) and she basically approved it.

I’m on Prozac, lamictal, buspirone, and Abilify injections. Sarcosine is my add on supplement, along with l-theanine I take now and then for sleep problems (another supplement).
