I’m starting out with one gram a day with supper. Then I’ll go to two grams a day, one with breakfast and one with supper. I’m placing high hopes on this. I hope it works.
I took my second dose last night. I’ve noticed a few physical changes from it. I’m not as stiff after I finish exercising. I fall asleep easier. I don’t sweat nearly as much. I hope these effects last. I’ve taken two doses and I’m still doing mindless ■■■■, but I really hope that Sarcosine will help me to use my time more productively. I might be expecting too much too soon. I’m following their advice about starting out at I gram a day and working my way up.
