My question is. Do I need to buy both sarcosine and N Acetyl Cysteine.
I ordered the sarcosine bottle separately. It just says sarcosine

Yes. This is ok.
They’re 2 separate supplements.
I take abilify , and N Acetyl Cysteine seems to interact with it in a bad way so I had to stop taking N Acetyl Cysteine.
