I’ve taken sarcosine since 2 days. 0 effect.
You are several people to say it can be helpful for depression and negative symptoms. I wonder if it’s true.
I also take paliperidone and fluoxetine, bupropion.
There are cases of hypomania with sarcosine.
I have nothing of all that.
How to do?

It mostly helps me with a slight cognitive bump. Doesn’t really do much for negative symptoms that I have noticed. I take Bupropion for depression and it works well. I can miss Sarcosine for a week and not really see much difference. Miss my Bupropion for a week and I’ll be close to needing hospitalization.
You’re already taking the best ones. I suggest CBT and conventional therapy to learn strategies that will help.
