Sarcosine After what time time i get the full benefit

I take Sarcosine till eight days and have seen a big improvement after 4 days in my reading speed. But after that i have got no more benefit. What are your experiences? Do you get your improvements continuous or step by step?

I still don’t understand how Sarcosine helps with schizophrenia. It is an NMDA co-agonist, isn’t that a bad thing?

I tried Sarcosine from brainvitaminz. for 2 months it repaired damage from an induced psychosis mania

but i got side effects when upping the dose thats because i take other meds, it started to work after 2 -3 weeks full benefit
