My e-cig has adjustabe voltage and four points marked with 3.3V, 3.8V, 4.3V and 4.8V. Are all of these pretty safe or should I avoid the higher ones?

It depends on the resistance of your atomiser, that’s why I recommend getting a variable wattage ecig. A variable wattage ecig will adjust the voltage automatically depending on the resistance of your atomiser.
But if you don’t have a wattage device, as a general rule, so long as it’s a comfortable vape (doesn’t seem too hot) you’ll be fine at that voltage.
I used to vape at 8 watts, which for an average atomiser with a resistance of 1.3 ohms was 6 volts.
But I’ve no idea what resistance your atomiser is, so like I said, just make sure it feels comfortable and you’re getting a good ‘hit’.
The stuff that came in the package didn’t specify the resistance, but I found the same clearomizer online (I think) and it says it’s 2 ohms.
This is confusing.
So if this chart is correct it’s safe to vape it on all voltage levels.

The formula is P=VR, where p is the wattage, r is resistance, and v is voltage, so for 8 watts and 2 ohms, the voltage should be 4.
I think you’ll be fine at the highest voltage.
If it’s a beginner ecig (sounds like it) then the voltage will drop as the battery discharges anyway. So the ‘hit’ you get will get less as the day goes on.
So even though you set it to the highest voltage, that voltage will drop as you deplete the battery charge during the day.
Thanks! That’s very informative. Yes, I think it’s a beginner e-cig.
I bought this starter kit if anyone is interested: http://www.egocigarette.co.uk/ego-cigarette-starter-kits/ego-10/ego-cigarette-gs-ego-2-twist-v-core-3-mega-starter-kit-authentic-exclusive.html
2200mah battery. That’s good, it should last the entire day.
You’ll need to replace the heads every month:

Cool, thanks for the information. If I don’t use it much I can wait longer than a month though, right?
Probably a good practice to replace them every month anyway, as they can get ‘gunky’ from the eliquid.
Okay cool! Thanks for all the help!
