I’ve never run a group before, so running a laughter yoga group would be a challenge, but I think it’s something I could do. The exercise itself seems simple, just get everyone to force themselves to laugh until the dynamic takes over and they are all laughing naturally, but actually being the leader or facilitator of a group seems daunting. There are some videos on youtube of how to run such a group which I want to watch, and I am also wondering about what sort of things to say at the beginning in order to put the group at ease and tell them what to do. I would really like to do this. I’ve wanted to attend a laughter yoga group for some time, but since there are none in my area, I thought I could run one myself. So the first thing I need to do is watch the videos, then put an application into my recovery college to run such a group. I don’t feel any urgency to do any of this at the moment, but it is a goal of mine. Thank you.

I wish you a successful proceeding with your goal. If it were me, I’d just watch Studio C on YouTube, as well as Try Not to Laugh. The reason I would do that is because of my terrible attitude toward people, who I like to envision as cockroaches. Why share good things with human trash?
But I have heard about the benefits of laughter in a group and if you can get an assembly to participate and get a taste of life, then that’s a great step as a leader. Hmm, laughter for survival.
Have a great Saturday.
good vibes , laugh to endorphins!?
