Have to go up to 25 abilify and a tiny bit of Thorazine. Off of antidepressants. Cuz was making me manic. Still on my anti anxiety anti drinking medication. Physically I’m in great shape besides being a little overweight but not too much. Quit my janitor job a month ago and other bad ■■■■. Had my worst psych hospital experience yet. 15 days in there. Which I’ve had longer but this was the worst still.

It’s been the worst year ever in someways but ever since 2020 started I’ve made monumental growth
Psych Hospital experience was actually exactly what I needed. It kicked my ass but it shaped me up into tiptop shape
Well the meds are still kicking in but I’m doing much much better. But it was the worst March until today or yesterday even when I got home
