For the last couple of days I’ve been experiencing Breast pain or soreness.
I’ve had it before but not to this degree.
I know it’s the Risperidone causing this.
Maybe I should consider going on another AP at this point.
I will be discussing it with my psychiatrist next week.

Anyone ever experience breast pain on their AP?
Well Risperidone does increase prolactin. So well worth checking with your doc. Diet can also play a part if you eat alot of foods high in phytoestrogens - like soya beans or drink soya milk.
You may want to cautiously try some herbs like mucuna pruniens after getting your docs advice. It is a source of L-Dopa which serves to reduce prolactin BUT can also stimulate dopamine if taken in excess and for too long so you need to be cautious. However it is mild and can be microdosed.
