Reverse Cognitive Impairment with Nutrition, and Aerobic and Strength Training Exercises

I was diagnosed with “mild cognitive impairment” related to schizophrenia, according to my pdoc., back in April of 2015. I got into a total of 5 serious car accidents previously, and 2 traffic tickets, all in the year 2015. When they canceled my car insurance, I checked myself into an assisted living home.
While in my new home, I started getting better nutrition, because when I was feeding myself, I was living mostly off of junk. Secondly, in my new home I read on the internet about Burpees, and began doing them. 100 a day, in intervals, throughout the day. After a month of consistently doing them every day, tests are now showing that my memory is normal!! I’ve reversed my MCI. With good nutrition, and consistent, aerobic and strength training exercise.

Yes, there was some study showing that exercise helps a great deal. That’s great that your memory is good again.
