I went to exercise today and I came under pressure from intrusive thoughts.
I RESISTED it and eventually managed to train very well.
Every time I hear STUPID VOICES it gets me ANGRY.
I REPEAT my MANTRAS and it helps guide me in the right direction.

That’s great Chess! I’m trying to resist the pressure of my intrusive thoughts. I’m meeting a new therapist this Sunday, I’m skyping her. She will help me with OCD intrusive thoughts.

I get these. Resistance is good. I use a mantra too.

I think that meds would help you to minimize any voices you may have.
