Relationship Issues And Anger Management

For the fifth time in the row, I am yet again, lead on. :unamused: Every time this happens, I end up spiraling into a blind rage. This rage lasts from either a few hours up to two-three weeks. This is when my psychosis hits me at full speed and at it’s hardest. Anger is my #1 trigger, above stress. I do have medication for this situation, but I want to find a different way to cope. Any suggestions??? Going to the girl’s house and gnawing her head off (not literally) isn’t smiled upon.

hey,

Anger in any form isn’t kosher.

If your on antipsychotics then take them…will even you out a bit.

If you get angry then there’s better things to do…get some therapy…work through that…

i once was an angry young man but that stopped…rather abrubtly…

Seriously. It isn’t your partner or anything…it’s you…

How is it me, if I’m literally the one dealing out love from both sides?

hey,

Anger isn’t good.

My partner cheated on me…I got angry I didn’t act out…I dealt with it without anger…

That is the key…your saying your angry and want to act out…that isn’t cool and it isn’t appropriate for relationships.

It’s you dude/dudette,
